James A. Vlasicak . . . 
Jim Vlasicak’s mediation and counseling skills were learned while earning his Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Western Michigan University in 1977. Subsequently, as a senior executive in industry, owner of two successful small businesses, and graduate of The University of Denver School of Law Jim developed his keen understanding of the dynamics of relationships, conflicts and venues for dispute resolution.
Jim offers considerable negotiating and outstanding interpersonal skills, and a facilitative, compassionate and goal oriented style of conflict resolution. Jim’s mediation and counseling style works for people who want to sustain relationships as well as for those parties who want to part ways.
Many times a monetary settlement is facilitated, but most often the parties come away from mediation and counseling with peace and a plan. People often find they are able to resolve their adversities and go on with their lives.
