The Process . . .

The Human condition is most productive when it operates in an environment that is free of conflict and emotional storms -- when it engages in a Process that gives the human condition an opportunity to listen and be heard -- and when trust is one of the foundations of the operating environment.

Each and every conflict has unique underlying facts and circumstances. However, the discomfort of the conflict moves the parties to seek relief. It is the relief Process that is the key to resolution, the key to building trust and the key to resolution.

• For more complex conflicts a situational assessment could take place in as little as a half day. This assessment evaluates the following:
• • Polarization of the parties
  • What each side needs to say
  • What needs to be said
  • Will the parties listen as well as hear
    
    
• Mutually agreeable timeline and sequence of meetings
  
  
• Separate and confidential interviews of each party
  
  
• In a joint session each party presents to the other
  
  
• In private sessions the Mediator reviews the presentations with each party
  
  
• Mediation and Counseling to resolution
  
  
• The counselor follows through ensuring that resolution terms are executed
